Prof. Naana Jane Commiserates With Mahama On The Passing Of His Brother

The 2020 Running Mate of the opposition National Democratic Congress, Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang has commiserate with Former President Mahama John Dramani Mahama on the passing of his brother.

The running mate of the former President in the 2020 election called on him at his residence in Accra to express her condolence to him and the family of the deceased.

Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang also signed the book of condolence in honour of the late Emmanuel Adam Mahama who passed on late December 2021 at the Nyaho Medical Centre.

The remains of his body was flown to Bole in the Savannah Region and buried according to Islamic customs on January 3.

There burial of the late Adam Mahama was attended by some leading members of the National Democratic Congress including Chairperson of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Council of Elders, Alhaji Mahama Iddrisu, NDC National Vice Chairman, Alhaji Sofo Azorka, leading members of the NDC including Alhaji Huudu Yahaya, Minority Leader, Haruna Iddrisu, Regional Chairmen of the NDC, Members of Parliament, friends and acquaintances of the deceased and his siblings among many others.

The funeral ceremony is expected to be announced in the coming days according to the family.
