Meet The “Brilla” UDS Valedictorian Who Swept All Top Awards At Their Graduation Ceremony

As a student, studying can sometimes be very challenging and burdensome to lots of students, however, there’s extreme joy for those that are able to endure and put in effort and eventually complete with flying colors.

This is true for the story of the bright valedictorian for the University of Development Studies‘ 2021 graduating class, Mohammed Abideen who through all storms still persevered and has graduated as the best student for his year group.

In a LinkedIn Post, Adam Mohammed Abideen shared his success story as follows, “I am happy to have graduated, yesterday, from the University for Development Studies (UDS) with a First Class in Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting). With a Final CGPA of 4.9 on a scale of 5.0, I was the Valedictorian for the Class of 2021 and a recipient of the following awards:

UDS Award for Overall Best Graduating Student
Vice Chancellor’s Award for Best Graduating Male Student (Humanities)
Alumni Award for Best Graduating Male Student (Humanities)
Best Graduating Student in the School of Business & Law
Best Graduating Male Student in the School of Business & Law

I wish to thank my family, friends, mentors, and lecturers for their sacrifices, support and encouragement throughout my academic journey.
