Full Time – Accra
Purpose
To research and utilise financial data to understand the business and market to see how the organisation stacks up based on general economic conditions and internal data and recommend actions for the company decision making.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
- Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts
- Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures

- Responsible for collecting, analysing and examining company records to ensure proper compliance with internal control policies, relevant laws and regulations.
- Lead the execution of individual audits assigned by ensuring that the audit is carried out in line with the audit methodology.
- Identify control gaps and recommend risk mitigation measures and opportunities for cost savings
- Conduct follow up to monitor management has implemented agreed audit recommendations within defined timelines across the subsidiaries

- Achieve 80/20 Residential/Commercial Sales target for Land Holdings.
- Participates in developing and implementing marketing communications strategy across a range of reactive and strategically planned opportunities in print, media, events, and online.
- Plan and implement direct marketing approaches including targeting, personalisation of messages and measurability, data analysis, customer profiling, and segmentation.
