Staff and Interns of Moreplex company Ltd took some time off their busy schedule to have fun and get to socialize better at the Paradise Resort, Lake Bosomtwe – Ashanti Region.
The said trip saw in attendance Prince Baffour Adjei, CEO and Stephen Abuakwah, HR manager – who saw to it that all participants of the trip enjoyed themselves to the fullest. This singular act of the company affirms the fact that, it does not solely focus on productivity but also the wellbeing of its workers.
Major activities were interdepartmental games in table tennis, volleyball competition between staff and interns, boat ride, among others. Assorted meals, coconuts and variety of drinks were served
This has brought maximum joy and satisfaction to the interns especially who never anticipated such unprecedented gesture, many of them were full of appreciation.
According to the HR manager, the company will continue to expand its scope of engagement with its available resources so that both staff and interns will feel part of the team.
